In this post I will tell you cooking method & Receipe of white Dal.

Ingredients required for white dal.
Ingredients. Quantity
White dal(urad dal). 200 gm
Ghee or oil. 2tsp
Onion. 1 medium
Tomato. 1medium
Turmeric pwd. 1tsp
Red chilli pwd. 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Green chilli. 4-5
Ginger.(finned chopped). 5gm
Garlic.(Finned chopped) 5gm
Corriandor leaves. 1tsp
Salt. 1 tsp or to taste
Water. As required
Cooking method of white dal (urad dal)
1.wash white dal first well,& soak it.
2.take a pot and boil dal 12-15minutes.
3. Heat oil in a PAN.
4.add cumin seeds.
5.add chopped onion & fry till brown colour.
6.add chopped tomato & fry 2-3 minutes.
7.add ginger,garlic,green chilli,corriandor pad,red chilli pwd,salt & cook 2-3 minutes.
8.mix all ingredients together well.
9.add boil dal into gravey.
10. Add some water (if required )
11.add boiled dal into gravey & cook4-5 minutes.
12. Now urad dal is ready.
13.garnish with corriandor leaves.
14.serve hot with chapatis,poori,Pranthas,Rice
