How to make (Bhindi) lady finger at home.

In this post I will tell you cookoing method & Receipe of (Bhindi) ladyfingers.

Ingredients required for Bhindi making.

Ingredients.                                 Quantity
Bhindi (lady finger).      -             500 gm
Onions.                            -           2 medium
Oil.                                              3-4 tsp
Asafoetida.                                  1 pinch
Cumin seeds.                               1tsp
Turmeric pwd.                             1tsp
Corriandor pwd.                           1tsp
Saunf pwd.                                    1tsp
Red chilli.                                      1/2 tsp
Garam masala.                               1tsp
Amchoor pwd.                               1tsp
Green chilli.                                   4-5
Corriandor leaves.                          1tsp(finned chopped)
Salt.                                                 1tsp or to taste
Water.                                               1glass

Cooking method of Bhindi .

1.Take fresh & medium sized Bhindi .
2.wash them properly &Asoka them tissue paper or neat cloth.
3.Now cut the strem from top & small thin piece from bottom.
4.Now cut all the Bhindi into two medium pieces.
5.Now take a pan &heat oil 2-3minutes on medium flame.
6.Add cumin seeds and hing fry till brown colour.
7.Add chopped onion fry till golden colour.
8.Add turmeric Pwd,saunf pwd, corriandor pwd,Red chilli powder,Green chilli,garam masala ,salt.
9.mix all ingredients proper & mix all Bhindi well in the gravey.
10.Add some water (if you want to make gravey)
11.Cover the pan with a lid.
11.Cook 10-12 minutes .
12.Now Bhindi is ready.
13.Garnish with corriandor leaves.
14. Serve hot with Roti,Poori,Prantha
