Ingredients required for mixed vegetables.
Ingredients. Quantity
Green peas. 100gm
Beans. 100 gm
Cauliflower. 100 gm
Carrots. 2-3 medium
Potatoes. 2-3 medium
Tomatoes. 2 medium
Onion. 2 medium
Capsicum. 2-3 medium
Ginger. 1 tsp
Garlic. 1 tsp
Green chilli. 4-5
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Oil/ghee 3-4 tsp
Corriandor pwd. 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd. 1 tsp
Red chilli pwd. 1/2 tsp
Garam masala. 1 tsp
Asafoetida. 1/2 tsp
Green corriandor. 1-2 tsp
Salt. 1-2 tsp or to taste
Water. 1-2 cups or as required
Cooking method of mixed vegetables.
1. Wash all vegetables properly.
2.cut all vegetables into small pieces.
3.make a paste of tomato, ginger, garlic,green chillies.
4.finned chopped of onions.
5.heat ghee/oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,asafoetida fry until cumin seeds become crumbly.
6.add finned chopped onions & fry till golden colour.
7.add ginger,garlic,green chilli,tomatoes paste fry 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
8. add turmeric pwd,corriandor pwd ,red chilli pwd, in it.
9. Mixed all ingredients together properly.
10. add all cut vegetables into gravey & mixed properly.
11. add salt according to your taste.
12.add some water & cook 10-12 minutes on medium flame.
13.now your mixed vegetables has become soft.
14.add garam masala & garnish with corriandor leaves.
15.serve hot with chapatis, Pranthas,naan,poori,bread, rice.
