Ingredients required for capsicum potatoes(aloo Shimla mirch ki subji)
Ingredients. Quantity
Potatoes. 4-5 medium
Capsicum. 250gm
Onion. 1 medium
Oil. 2Tsp
Asafoetida (Hing). 1pinch
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Green chilli. 4-5(finned chopped)
Turmeric pwd. 1/2 tsp
Corriandor pwd. 1 tsp
Red chilli pwd. 1/2 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp or to taste
Garam masala. 1/2 tsp
Green corriandor. 1tsp
Cooking method of Aloo Shimla mirch ki subji.
1.wash capsicum properly.
2.peel potatoes & cuts into small cubes.
3.cuts capsicum into small pieces.
4.wash again potatoes & capsicum.
5.heat oil in a pan.
6.add cumin seeds & stir till brown colour.
7.add finned chopped onions &stir till golden colour.
8.add all other ingredients & mix well together cook 2-3 minutes.
9.add potatoes & Shimla mirch into gravey and cook then 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
10. add salt to taste.
11.now aloo Shimla mirch ki subji is ready.
12. Garnish with corriandor leaves.
13.serve hot with chapatis,poori,or Pranthas
