How TO Make Bread Pakora At Home Into Hindi Language.

In This Post I Will Tell You That Cooking Method & Recipe Of Aloo Bread Pakora.

Ingredients Required For Bread Pakora.


Ingredients                                    Quantity

Bread (fresh)                                  10-12 No.(cut into two pieces)

Potatoes                                        6 Medium

Green Chilli                                    10-12 (small pieces)

Refined/ Oil                                    250 gm.

Chickpea Flour (Besan)                   200-250 gm.

Garam Masala                                1 Tsp.

Cumin seeds                                  1/2 Tsp.

Turmeric Pwd.                                1/2 Tsp.

Salt                                                1 Tsp. (To Taste)


Cooking Method Of Aloo Bread Pakora.

1.Wash & Boil Potatoes 5-8 Minutes.

2.Mash All Boil Potatoes In A Pot & Add Salt, Turmeric Pwd, Green Chilli,Cumin Seeds,Garam Masala.

3.Mix Well All Together In A Pot.

4.Cut Bread Into Two Pieces.

5.Stuff Aloo Paste Into Bread.

6.Now Make a Paste Of Chickpea Flour.

7.Add 1 Glass Water into ChickPea Flour.

8. Heat Refind/Oil In a pan.

9. Add Stuffed Bread Into Chickpea Flour Paste.

10. Now Fry Bread Till Brown Colour.

11.Now Bread Pakora Is Ready.

12. Serve Hot With Chutiney & Tea.

HOW TO MAKE PAKORI AT HOME ON INDUCTION?

Ingredients required of pakori.

Ingredients                                      Quantity

Potatoes                                            8-9 Medium ( slice)

Onions                                              4-5 Medium ( slice)

Oil                                                     500 gm.

Gram floor ( Besan)                        250 gm.

Green chilli                                       7-8

Turmeric pwd.                                   1 Tsp.

Garam masala                                    1. Tsp.

Salt                                                    1 Tsp. ( To taste)

Water                                                 1 glass( as reqired)


Cooking Method of Pakori.

1. Wash & peel the potatoes properly.

2. Cut potatoes & onions into slices.

3.Cut green chilli into small pieces.

4.Add besan in a pot & add sliced onions & potatoes into it.

5.Add green chilli , garam masala,turmeric pwd, into it.

6.Add 1 Glass water into it & make a paste.

7. Heat oil in a pan on medium temp.

8.Add paste into oil & fry till they become golden colour.

9.Now pakori is ready.

10.Serve hot with Tea or chutiney.
