How to make(Aloo Gajjar ki subi)potatoes,carrots curry vegetable.

In this post I will tell you cooking method & Receipe of  Potatoes carrots curry vegetable (aloo Gajjar ki sabji)

Ingredients required for potatoes and carrots vegetable.

Ingredients.                                    Quantity

Potatoes.                                          250 gm
Carrots.                                            250 gm
Oil.                                                   1-2 tsp
Cumin seeds.                                    1 tsp
Asafoetida.                                       1 pinch
Green chilli.                                     3-4 (small cuts)
Corriandor pwd.                               1tsp
Green corriandor.                             1-2 tsp (finned chopped)
Red chilli pwd.                                 1/2 tsp
Garam masala.                                  1 tsp
Salt.                                                   1 tsp or to taste

Cooking method of potatoes carrots vegetable.

1. Wash carrots potatoes & peel them properly.

2.cut potatoes & carrots into small cubes.

3.heat oil in a pan or pressure cooker 1-2 minutes on medium flame.

4.add cumin seeds and saute till they become crumbly.

5.add chopped Ginger & garlic (finned chopped)green chili & fry 2-3 minutes

6.add all vegetables & asafoetida sauté 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

7.add salt & 1-2, 1 cup water.

8.add corriandor pwd,turmeric pwd,garam masala red chilli pwd,

9 cook 10-15 minutes on medium flarme.

10. Garnish with corriandor leaves (finned chopped)

11. Serve hot with chapatis, Pranthas, poori,
