HOW TO MAKE ALOO PAPITA KI SUBZI AT HOME ON INDUCTION ?

Ingredients required for Aloo Papita ki Subzi.

Green Papita                                   500gm

Aloo                                               4-5 medium 

Ghee/ Oil                                        2-3 Tsp.

Onion                                             2 medium ( finned chopped)

Tomato                                          1-2 medium (finned chopped)     

Green chilli                                     4-5 (Finned chopped

Ginger                                            1 inch (finned chopped)

Garlic                                             4-5 ( finned chopped)

Cumin seeds                                  1-2 Tsp.

Coriander pwd.                               1 Tsp.

Garam masala                                1 Tsp.

Turmeric pwd.                              1 Tsp.

Salt                                               1 tsp ( to taste)

Water                                            1-2 Glass ( as required)

Cooking method of Aloo Papita ki Subzi.

1. Wash Potatoes & Papita properly.

2. Peel Potatoes & Papita into small cubes.

3. Add Ghee/Oil in a Pan & Heat.

4.Add Cumin Seeds & fry till they Become Crumbly.

5.Add finned Chopped Onoins Into Ghee/Oil, & Fry Till Onions Become Golden Color.

6.Add Finned Chopped Tomato Into Gravey & Fry 2-3 minutes.

7. Add Turmeric Pwd, Corriander Pwd, Salt, Ginger,Garlic,Green Chilli,|&Garam Masala Fry till 1-2 Minutes.

8.Add Tomato & Papita Cubes into Gravey.

9.Add 1-2 Water into Gravey.

10.Boil 10-15 Minutes On Medium Flame.

11.Aloo papita ki Subzi is now ready.

12. Serve With Chappati, Naaan, Prantha,
